Speaker Registration Contract & Terms of Service

This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between WISAL, ("Platform") and the registered speaker ("Speaker").

1. Speaker Obligations: a. Solicitation: Speaker agrees not to solicit organizations or individuals found through the Platform for services outside of the Platform. b. Contract Fulfillment: Speaker agrees to fulfill all obligations as outlined in the booking contract once a booking is confirmed through the Platform. c. Punctuality: Speaker agrees to arrive on time for all scheduled events. d. Pricing: Speaker agrees not to change the price of the event after confirmation of the booking. e. Cancellation: Speaker agrees to provide a minimum of 72 hours notice for any cancellations. f. No Show Policy: Speaker understands that failing to show up for a scheduled event without prior notice may result in a strike against their account and potential removal from the Platform.

2. Platform Rights and Responsibilities: a. Moderation: Platform reserves the right to moderate and enforce these terms at its discretion. b. Communication: Platform will facilitate communication between Speakers and Organizations regarding bookings.

3. Termination: a. Violation: Violation of any of the terms outlined in this Agreement may result in the suspension or termination of the Speaker's account on the Platform.

4. Governing Law: a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].

By registering as a Speaker on WISAL, the Speaker acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

Organization Booking Contract & Terms of Service

This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between WISAL, ("Platform") and the registered organization.

1. Organization Obligations: a. Booking Confirmation: Organization agrees to confirm bookings through the Platform and not engage in direct bookings with Speakers outside of the Platform. b. Payment: Organization agrees to pay the agreed-upon fee for the speaker's services through the Platform. c. Communication: Organization agrees to communicate all event details and requirements clearly to the Speaker through the Platform.

2. Platform Rights and Responsibilities: a. Moderation: Platform reserves the right to moderate and enforce these terms at its discretion. b. Payment Processing: Platform will facilitate payment processing for bookings made through the Platform.

3. Termination: a. Violation: Violation of any of the terms outlined in this Agreement may result in the suspension or termination of the Organization's account on the Platform.

4. Governing Law: a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].

By registering as an Organization on WISAL, the Organization acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
